Wrecking Yard Treasure
A few years back I tried to buy this old 38 Ford truck out of a wrecking yard but the price was too high for me. It was built in the late 50s as a shop truck for an upholstery shop.

- My name is Mark Garza and I collect photos, old and new, of Traditional Kustoms and Hot Rods. I have been involved with Hot Rodding since I was just a young kid. It was first through my Uncle’s stories of his old times and also his little page magazines that I now collect. At age twelve I found my first car, it was a '55 Plymouth which I still have today. At age sixteen I was brought into the Lowrds car club in Fresno California. That’s when my love for Kustoms really began. We are all members of Headhunters Kustom Kars. I love that cafe mascot, when my parents lived above Fresno, and we would go visit, Teresa and I always wanted to steal it, as it had a large T on it's shirt. The cafe was closed for some time at that point. That truck is cool, looks alot like Dan Collins' truck.
Cool find...if it could talk it probably would have great story's to tell...!
