I finally got it lowered and on the road. While the front end was apart I changed out the lower radiator hoses. I have the skirts and this week I will be painting and putting them on the car. I would like to bring down the front another inch or two. I have a set of Appletons and an older set of '40s Lorraine spotlights so I need to decide which ones to use on the car. After that I'll put on full hubcaps up front and just drive it. It will be finished for a while until I decide to chop it.
My name is Mark Garza and I collect photos, old and new, of Traditional Kustoms and Hot Rods. I have been involved with Hot Rodding since I was just a young kid. It was first through my Uncle’s stories of his old times and also his little page magazines that I now collect. At age twelve I found my first car, it was a '55 Plymouth which I still have today. At age sixteen I was brought into the Lowrds car club in Fresno California. That’s when my love for Kustoms really began.
Now, along with my Dad and Brother, we build Kustoms & Hot Rods, mostly for hobby but also for sale. My Dad is Arnold Garza, an awesome metal man who has built some great Kustoms over the years. We are all members of Headhunters Kustom Kars.
This blog is dedicated to showing some of the best Kustoms and Hot Rods of past and present and is also an avenue for buying, selling and trading old, rare and unique Kustom & Hot Rod cars and parts.
Enjoy the site.
