Paul Bragg Chopped Mercury...

I don't know who this Mercury belongs to but I use to see it around town while Paul was working on it.  To this day, Paul continues to do some of the most amazing metal work I have seen.  I have a friend at work who frequents Paul's shop and keeps me updated.  I plan on visiting him at his shop in the near future.

Jeff Walker's Lincoln...

My friend Jeff Walker just sent me this old photo of a '56 Lincoln that he photoshopped.   Most people photoshop cars in hopes of someday having one.  Jeff did just the oposite because he owns the Lincoln pictured below.  What a great car and what I call a true factory Kustom, just look at those great lines.  Jeff is also a member of Headhunters Kustoms.

Santa Maria Cruise...

Who's in for the Foxen Canyon Cruise...

Today my Dad and I went on a trial Foxen Canyon Cruise in the '46.  We could start and also end in Santa Maria.  It looks like it will be a great cruise with about five good spots for photos.  We could stop in Los Alamos and get a bite to eat towards the end of the cruise.  From Los Alamos we would take 135 back into Santa Maria.  The date is set for Sunday April 29, 2011.  Let me know what you think about the time, it is about a 2 1/2 hour cruise.  It could either be Sunday morning at 10:00 am or we could start Sunday afternoon around 1:00 pm.

Traditional style Kustoms from the 1930s through the early 60s are what I like.  I would have to say that the Kustoms of the 1940s have always been my favorites.

'36 Ford Unskirted...

Looks good but I would like to see it with skirts.  That's what everyone would say about my 40 Chrysler and they were right.

Time to do a Foxen Canyon Run...

This photo was taken a few years back at one of our Foxen Canyon runs from Santa Maria.  Check out the map below to see the route.  The weather should start warming up soon so we are about ready for the next run.  It will be a Sunday morning so email me if you are interested and I will give you the date and time.
