Parking Lot Gatherings...

Today there are many "Donut Derelict" type gatherings throughout California.  The most famous and what they call the original appears to be in Huntington Beach CA.  I know of some of these gatherngs in Central and Northern California.  Where I live on the Central Coast they have one in Pismo Beach.  Orcutt also has one but it is now on Sunday morning.  The photo above with Kustoms & Hot Rods, shows that these types of gatherings have been going on for quite a long time.

Old Harley's & Kustoms...

John Edward's and Alonzo rode their Harley's to Paso years ago and met up with longhair Gregg.  We all hung out at the gas station across from the park on Friday night.  Alonzo's chrome bike belonged to his Dad years ago and was later given to him.  I think John's bike is the same 57 Panhead that has won many awards over the past several years.  As far as Greggs bike, I don't know what to say.  He told me it is very old and has been built with numerous parts that he just had laying around his property.  If you don't know Gregg it would be hard to explain but someday I will do a feature on Gregg his property.  You would be amazed of all the old things he has laying around and stored away.  That bike always has a huge crowd around it.
