'39 Mercury...

Stylish '39 Mercury, you don't have to do much to make them

 look good. Just lower, skirt and add flipper hubcaps. 

Lowered Cadillac...

There are certain cars that don't need much to look good as a Kustom.  The Cadillac is one of them.  Kustom doesn't mean it has to be radically chopped or customized.  Kustom could be anywhere from mild to wild.  I prefer somewhere in between.  A big car like this Cadillac just has to be lowered in my opinion.
